Ingredients

    lbs chicken breasts

  • 2

    Stalks celery (with leaves)

  • 1

    small bunch green onion

  • 2

    cups chicken broth

  • 1

    can cream of chicken soup

  • Crus:

  • 1

    stick butter , melted butter

  • 1/2

    teaspoon black pepper

  • 1

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    cup selfrising flour

  • 1

    cup buttermilk

Directions

Preheat oven 400 degrees Put chickn n stock pot and cover with water. Add clery and onion. ( Sometimes I add several chicken bouillon cubes for better flavor) Simmer until chicken is tender about 20-30 minutes Discard onion and celery. Cut chicken into chunks and place in bottom of a casserole. Mix 2 cups broth and cream of chicken soup and pour over chicken. May refriderae until ready to cook. Mix all crust ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake until crust is light brown and casserole is bubbly.
