Beef and Tater Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 cup frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 16 oz pkg frz chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cheese
  • 1 med tomato, chopped
  • 1 can frenches onions
  • 2 cup colby-monterey jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place tater tots in an ungreased 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Stir in broccoli, soup, tomato, 3/4 cup frenches onions, 1 cup cheese, milk, garlic powder, and pepper; heat through. Pour over tater tots.

Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining frenches onions and cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
