Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. of white peaches
  • 24 oz. dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • juice of one lemon
  • 8 oz greek yougurt
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

pit and cut up peaches place in sauecepan with win,e honey, and lemon juice, simmer for 30 minutes

Puree and strain.

put back in saucepan and add yougurt, cinnamon and cream, stir till heated. servein individual cups with dollop of whipped cream
