Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 2 T minced pickled jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- Cooking spray
- 4 (.5 ounce) slices reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
- with jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 C refrigerated light ranch dressing
- 4 (1.8 ounce) wheat hamburger buns
- 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 center-cut bacon slices, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; shape into 4 (1/2 inch thick) patties. Place patties on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 7 minutes on each side or until done. Top patties with cheese; cook 1 minute or until cheese melts. Spread 1 T dressing on cut sides of bun tops. Place patties on bottom halves of buns; top with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, bacon slices and bun tops.
