Ingredients
- Cut 4 chicken cutlets into strips. 2 teaspoons chili powder.

- 3 fat-free multigrain tortillas with 1/2 cup shredded 50 percent reduced-fat cheddar,
- 1/3 of the chicken,
- 1/2 cup drained rinsed canned corn. Top with 3 more tortillas.

Step 1
Make kid-friendly QUESADILLAS for a quick meal. Cut 4 chicken cutlets into strips. Toss with 2 teaspoons chili powder. Brown in a little canola oil on medium until cooked through. Remove; rinse skillet. Top each of 3 fat-free multigrain tortillas with 1/2 cup shredded 50 percent reduced-fat cheddar, 1/3 of the chicken, 1/2 cup drained rinsed canned corn. Top with 3 more tortillas. Cook in a little oil, turning once, about 3 minutes or until browned. Cut each into 4 wedges. Serve with the kids' favorite dipping sauce.
