Ingredients
- 1 pint basket strawberries
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- (such as Knox)
- 2 Tbsp cool water
- 2 Tbsp boiling water
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp sugar

Step 1
1. Wash strawberries and remove stems. Cut one half of them into thin slices and place them in bottoms of 6, 8 oz custard cups, dividing equally. Soften gelatin in cool water for 5 mins. Add boiling water to softened gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
2. Combine orange juice concentrate, milk, vanilla, and sugar and mix well. Stir in dissolved gelatin and pour mixture over sliced strawberries in custard cups.
3. Place in refrigerator for about 2 hours, or until completely jelled. Halve remaining strawberries, divide equally among cups.
