Ingredients

    Cannoli shells

  • 1

    tup (475g) Ricotta cheese

  • 1/2

    cup Icing sugar

  • 1/4

    cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1/4

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2

    tsp vanilla

  • 1/4

    cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Place filling into a pastry bag and pipe filling into cannoli shells.
