- 24 Cannoli shells
- 1 tup (475g) Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Icing sugar
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup whipping cream, whipped

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Place filling into a pastry bag and pipe filling into cannoli shells.
