Oatmeal Caramel Cookies (Flourentine)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup marg
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 to 4 squares bakers chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat to 375
melt marg, brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add oats and flour stirring until smooth. line sheet with parchment. Use espresso spoon to drop mixture. Bake 5-8 mins or until golden brown. Cool until set before removing.
