• 1/3 cup apricot preserves
• 2 Tbs. tomato paste
• 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
• 2 Tbs. mustard
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Bring all ingedients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool before using.
