Ingredients
- 2 c graham crumbs
- 1/4 c icing sugar
- 3/4 c butter melted
- 2 1/2 c sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 can Eagle brand condensed milk
- 2/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp veg shortening
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs with sugar and butter press evenly onto parchment lined 13 x 9 inch pan. Top evenly with coconut then condensed milk.
Bake 350 for 20-25 mins until set not browned.
Melt chocolate with shortening, drizzle on top.
