Ingredients
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar {.5oz}
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice {1.5oz}
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp. aged balsamic vinegar {1.5oz}
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil {5.75oz}
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk shallot, juice, zest, vinegars and salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until emulsified.
