Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T poppy seed
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 packages dinner rolls
- 1 package swiss cheese
- 1 package sliced ham
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and add onions.
Saute’ in microwave for 5 minutes or until onions are clear and tender.
Add sugar, poppy seed, mustard and salt and pepper to make sauce.
Cut rolls in half and spread each side with sauce mixture.
Then put cheese and ham on them.
Put back in tin pan and spread top of rolls with sauce mixture.
Freeze or cook at 250 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
