Chocolate Ganache

Nice over cheesecakes, chocolate cake or as fruit dip

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 8 oz good semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt chocolate with cream at lowest heat over double boiler and stir until smooth and thickened
2. Quickly pour and spread over cake
3. Leave to set and cool
