  • Parmesan- 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs, enough to make a fritter dough.
  • Tomato sauce

Step 1

Beat the eggs. Add the parsley, salt, pepper, dried onion, Parmesan, and then the bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil and put into hot tomato sauce.
