Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cup water
- 1 16oz can refried beans
- 1 16 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15.5 oz can chili beans, undrained
- 1 15 oz can corn, drained
- 1 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cup shredded cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
In large pot, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the water, refried beans, kidney beans, chili beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salsa, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
