Ingredients
- 2 T chicken soup base
- 2 c hot water
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 c diced carrots
- 1/4 c celery
- 1/4 c chopped onions
- 2 c hot water or used potato water for flavor
- 10 slices crumbled bread
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
Preparation
Step 1
dissolve soup base in 2 cups hot water
add all remaining ingredients, mix well
pour into greased casserole dish
bake 45 min. 350 degrees
