Ingredients
- 4 salmon or halibut steaks or fillets
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dill
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Step 1
Preheat broiler or, if baking, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small saucepan over low heat, sautè garlic in oil briefly. Stir in mustard, dill and lemon juice. Remove from heat.
Place fish on well greased broiling pan and baste with mustard dill sauce or bake in baking dish at 400 for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
Broil 4-5 inches from the heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, basting frequently and turning halfway through.
Cook just until the point of flakiness.
