Clam Linguine, Easy

This recipe is courtesy of www.dreamfieldsfoods.com. The pasta is for people who have to control their carb intake. Even tho' it can be made with other pasta brands, this tastes very good and it would be worth looking for and using Dreamfields...you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients
- 1 box Dreamfields Linguine, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cans (6 1/2 ozs ea) minced clams, undrained
- salt
- crushed red pepper flakes
- chopped parsley (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add wine. Increase heat to High and cook 2 minutes. Turn off heat; stir in clams. Add cooked pasta to skillet with clam mixture, toss gently. Season to taste with salt and red pepper flakes. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
