cup (8 oz.) sour cream
tbsp. ranch salad dressing mix
tsp. minced garlic
cup finely chopped green onions
flour tortillas (10 inches)
pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, salad dressing mix and garlic. Stir in onions. Spread over tortillas; top with beef. Roll up tightly. Cut into 1-inch pieces; secure with toothpicks. Chill until serving. Discard toothpicks before serving.
