Ingredients
- 1 lb. perch fillets
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tsp. paprika
- S&P to taste
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- juice from 1 lemon
- fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, paprika, S&P in shallow pie plate.
Place milk in another pie plate.
Dip fish in milk and then in flour.
Melt butter in skillet. Sauté fish in butter, turning once.
Remove to hot platter.
Place fresh lemon juice in skillet and then pour over fillets.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
