Ingredients
- 1 (4 3/4 oz.) pkg. Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling Mix
- 2 c. dairy eggnog
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tb. light rum
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- Pastry for 1 9" pie, baked
- Whipped Cream
- Nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Cook mix as directed on pkg. for pie filling, except using 2c. eggnog & 1 1/4 c. milk. Stir in rum & nutmeg. Pour into crust. Cover surface of pie with plastic wrap so a "skin" does not develop. Chill several hours. Garnish with whipped cream & nutmeg.
