Ingredients

  • 1 (4 3/4 oz.) pkg. Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling Mix
  • 2 c. dairy eggnog
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tb. light rum
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Pastry for 1 9" pie, baked
  • Whipped Cream
  • Nutmeg

Step 1

Cook mix as directed on pkg. for pie filling, except using 2c. eggnog & 1 1/4 c. milk. Stir in rum & nutmeg. Pour into crust. Cover surface of pie with plastic wrap so a "skin" does not develop. Chill several hours. Garnish with whipped cream & nutmeg.
