Coleslaw - Chile Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tea. chile powder
  • 1 small cabbage, cored and sliced (about 5 cups)
  • 1/2 of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red sweet pepper, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together the dressing ingredients.

Add cabbage, red onion and red sweet pepper.

Season with salt and pepper
