Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons red cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar --
- (1/4 to 1/3)
- 1 bunch broccoli --
- broken into florets
- 1/2 cup pecans --
- chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion --
- chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 8 slices bacon --
- cooked and crumbled (8 to 10)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Just before serving, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over
the salad and mix well. Serve chilled.
