Ingredients

  • 2 TBL dijon mustard
  • 8 1/2 " thick slices white bread
  • 6-oz thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 6 oz thinly sliced ham
  • 6 oz thinly sliced swiss cheese
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 2 TBL whole milk

Preparation

Step 1

spread mustard evenly on bread & form sandwiches with turkey, ham & swiss cheese

heat 2 tsp of oil in nonstick skillet over med-low heat

in shallow baking dish, whisk together eggs & milk.
dip two of sandwiches in egg mixture, turning to coat
place in skillet
cook, covered until bottoms are golden brown, 3-4 min.
turn & cook, covered, until bottoms are golden & cheese has melted, 3-4 min more
transfer to baking sheet & cover w/ foil to keep warm

repeat w/ remaining oil, egg mixture & sandwiches
