SWEET POTATOES

This picture was not taken of my recipe, but does show you what the potatoes should look like. I'll get my own pic when I make these next time. I let my marshmallows get a bit darker than pic shows.

Ingredients

• 3 or 4 nice size sweet potatoes (I use canned)
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1/2 c pecans broken in pieces
• 1 T butter
• salt
• 1/2 - 3/4 c milk evaporated
• marshmallows for top
