Ingredients
- 1 C Cooked Rice; White, Brown or Wild
- 2 t Sesame Oil
- 1/4 C Green Onion or Shallot Chop Fine
- 2 t Soy Sauce
- 1 Egg Well Beaten
- Optional: 1/4 C Cooked Ham Diced & 1/4 C Carrots Diced

Preparation
Step 1
Medium Skillet Medium Heat, Add Oil, Onion & Ham. Saute 5 Minutes until Brown.
Add Cooked Rice & Soy Sauce, Stir 30 Seconds to 1 Minute.
Add Egg, Mix Well until Mixture is Dry & Rice Grains are Separate.
