  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Step 1

Place mixing bowl and beaters in freezer until they are very cold.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat egg whites with cold water until foamy. Add salt and baking powder. Continue beating, add sugar and beat until stiff.

Pile on pie and bake at 350* for 10 minutes or until brown.
