Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg. frozen French green beans
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- S&P
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can crispy fried onions
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease casserole dish.
Cook and drain beans. Put in mixing bowl.
Sautè celery, onions and mushrooms in butter until limp. Add to beans.
Add can of mushroom soup and S&P. Mix well.
Turn into casserole dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cover with crispy fried onions.
Cook uncovered for 45 minutes at 350*.
