Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless, chicken breast
- 1 can Mexican-style tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 small white or yellow onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix onion and green pepper and spread across bottom of crock pot.
Lay chicken breasts over pepper/onion mixture.
Puree tomatoes and taco seasoning to form a smooth sauce. Pour tomato mixture over chicken.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
When cooking is done, pull breasts from pot and pull apart with a fork.
Serve with usual taco fixings.
