Ingredients
- 1 package vermicelli or Linguine
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce or Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 carrots grated
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta.
Mix everything else up and combine everything together. I threw in a little cayenne pepper to give it a little kick, but that was just to taste. I also threw in about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, but the recipe doesn’t call for it.
Chill it overnight so that the flavors have time to fuse into the pasta.
