Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 15 oz can kidney beans
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup carrot puree
- 1 Tbsp wheat germ
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp thyme
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cups cooked brown rice
Preparation
Step 1
1. In medium saucepan preheat olive oil.
2. Add everything but the rice and simmer on low heat until heated through.
3. Remove from heat. Mix with brown rice and serve.
