Artichoke Chicken with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast ( cute into pice)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 c. white cooking wine
- 1 t. thyme
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 8 oz can artichoke hearts
- 1/3 c. sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 t/ kosher salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 2 T. shredded parmesan cheese

Step 1
4 chicken breast ( cute into pice)

2 T. butter
1/2 t/ kosher salt
1/4 t. black pepper
2 T. shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
coast chicken with flour, cook in oil until brown. stir in white wine cook for 2-3 min. pour lemon juice over chicken stir in artichoke hearts , sun-dried tomatoes, butter salt & pepper. cook 5-8 min. remove from heat stir in thyme and sprinkler with cheese
you make serve over pasta
