Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast ( cute into pice)
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 c. white cooking wine
  • 1 t. thyme
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1 8 oz can artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 c. sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/2 t/ kosher salt
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • 2 T. shredded parmesan cheese

4 chicken breast ( cute into pice)
1/4 c. flour
2 T olive oil
1/2 c. white cooking wine
1 t. thyme
1 t. lemon juice
1 8 oz can artichoke hearts
1/3 c. sun-dried tomatoes
2 T. butter
1/2 t/ kosher salt
1/4 t. black pepper
2 T. shredded parmesan cheese

Directions
coast chicken with flour, cook in oil until brown. stir in white wine cook for 2-3 min. pour lemon juice over chicken stir in artichoke hearts , sun-dried tomatoes, butter salt & pepper. cook 5-8 min. remove from heat stir in thyme and sprinkler with cheese
you make serve over pasta
