Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 4 medium bananas, sliced (about 3 cups)
- 1 9-ounce Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Put in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat eggs on high speed until light, about 4 minutes. Add powdered sugar, softened butter and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Spread mixture over crumbs. Chill 30 minutes.
Spread pineapple over creamed mixture. Arrange bananas over pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with pecans.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
