Ingredients
- Topping:
- 6 tblsp butter
- 3 cups plus 2 tblsp flour
- 3 tblsp bkg powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tblsp lemon juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cups blueberries
- 1 tblsp lemon zest
- 2 tblsp butter
- 12 tsp flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375*
Sift the dry ingredients. Cream the butter and sugar,. Add the eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Alternately add the milk and flour. Add the berries. Put into lined muffin tins. Mix the sugar and the zest and add a few tsp butter and spread this on top of the muffins. Cook for about 30 minutes.
