Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 large cans evaporated milk
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp butter flavoring
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans, toasted in 3 tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut up pecans before toasting. Toast in glass dish in microwave until you can smell them, 4 to 5 mins. Taste them. May need a few more minutes.

2. Mix all ingredients together except pecans, can use mixer. Then pour in ice cream can, and add pecans and whole milk to fill up freezer can.
