Mary Ellen's Creme Puffs

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat water and butter to boiling in saucepan. Stir flour in over low heat until it forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs all at once until smooth.
Drop onto cookie sheet.
Fill with pudding, dust with sugar.
