broccoli Mac and Cheese

  • 8 ounces of uncooked large macaroni
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups of 1% milk
  • 2 tab flour
  • 1 teas of thyme fresh
  • 2 teas Dijon mustard
  • 2 teas Worx sauce
  • 1/8 teas salt
  • 1 center cut bacon slice chop
  • 1 1/2 teas unsalted butter
  • 4.5 ounces of reduced fat cheddar cheese shredder 1 cup

Step 1

1.cook pasta omit salt and fat add broccoli during last minute of cooking cook 1 min drain
2 Combine milk and next 5 ing (thru salt) in med bowl stirring with whisk till smooth
3 heat large skillet over med high heat add bacon cook till crisp add butter to pan swirl till melted add milk mixture to pan bring to boil cook 1 min stirring frequently stir in cheese add pasta mixture to pan stirring to coat
