Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 well-beaten egg
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Cream peanut butter with honey; add milk and egg. Mix well. Add oats and coconut. Pat into lightly oiled 9-inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting into bars.
