Green Beans - Fried

Serves 4-6.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans kitchen cut green beans
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small onion - chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion and butter in frying pan. Drain green beans and mushrooms, leaving a small amount of juice in all 3 cans. Combine green beans, mushrooms and remaining juice in frying pan with the onion and butter

Fry on low to medium heat until juice has dried.
