Teryaki Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can (10oz) Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 6 Buns with Sesame Seeds, split

Preparation

Step 1

1. Shape the beef into 6 (1/2" thick) burgers.

2. Cook the burgers in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat until well browned on both sides. Pour off any fat.

3. Stir the broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 mins for medium or to desired doneness. Serve the burgers and sauce on the buns.
