Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 dozen doughnuts
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 3/4 cup sugar
• ground nutmeg, to taste
• cinnamon, to taste
• 1/2 t vanilla extract
• 1/4 lb raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Grease pan. Cut each doughnut into pieces and place in bottom of pan. In bowl, beat together eggs and milk. In separate bowl, stir equal parts nutmeg and cinnamon, sugar, vanilla and raisins. Spread atop doughnuts. Pour egg mixture over all. Stir and let sit for 30 minutes, then stir again. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until pudding is brown.
