Ingredients
- Salmon (large piece to serve 4)
- Olive Oil
- Adobo Seasoning
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Italian dried seasoning
- Cumin
- Sugar-free orange marmalade
- brown sugar
- fresh squeezed orange juice
- Dash of ginger
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg

Step 1
Clean and dry salmon with paper towel.
Coat baking dish with olive oil
Place salmon in a glass baking dish, rub with olive oil and season salmon with dry seasonings.
Cover with foil and bake until done at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Broil if necessary.
Boil remaining ingredients in pan and pour over cooked salmon and serve.
Excellent with Basmati Rise.
