- 3 CUPS SUGAR
- 6 JUMBO EGSS
- DASH OF SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA
- 1/2 TEASPOON LEMON
- 1/2 TEASPOON OF ALMOND FLAVORING
- 1/4 TEASPOON RUM FLAVOR*
- 1/4 TEASPOON COCONUT FLAVOR*
- 1/4 TEASPOON PINEAPLE*
- 1 PACK OF CREAM CHEESE
- 3 CUPS SIFTED CAKE FLOUR
- TEASPOON BAKING POWEDER
- OPTIONAL IF YOU HAVE, BUT THEY ADD EXTRA FLAVOR!
Preparation
Step 1
CREAM TOGETHER: BUTTER, SUGAR,CREAM CHEESE. BEAT IN, TWO AT A TIME, THE SIX EGGS.
ADD LEVEL CUPS OF CAKE FLOUR, ADD BAKING POWDER AND SALT, MIX WELL.
ADD IN ALL FLAVORINGS, MIX WELL
GREASE/FLOUR PAN AND BAKE 350 FOR 1 HOUR-1.15 HRS DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN. CHECK AFTER
HOURS TO ENSURE THAT CAKE IS DONE IN MIDDLE.
