Lemon Cream Pie

  • 1 single pkg. graham wafers
  • 4 oz. melted butter
  • sprinkle granulated sugar
  • 1 pint whip cream
  • 1 container condensed milk
  • 3 lemons juiced and rind zested.

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out the graham wafers into crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar and pat into a spring form pan.

Whip the cream, then whip in the condensed milk. Zest the lemon over the whip cream mixture and fold in the lemon juice. Make sure it is well mixed together.

Pour mixture over crumb base and freeze.
