Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken breasts
  • oil for browning
  • flour for coating chicken about 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. marsala
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped black olives

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chicken breasts that have been dredged in flour and salted and peppered. Brown on both sides. Take chicken out of pan and pour in the lemon juice, marsala and sherry. Place chicken breasts back in pan, sprinkle with the green onion and black olives. Cook another 15 minutes until chicken juices run clear. Serve with noodles.
