Bananas Foster Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp creme de banana liqueur
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp rum
  • Ground Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and banana liqueur. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves. Add bananas and rum. Cook until mixture is bubbly, stirring gently. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
