Ingredients
- 6 eggs, separated
- 2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 6 drops vanilla
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Rum
- Water
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon sticks
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat eggs white until very stiff. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat again until very stiff.
2. Beat egg yolks well. Add vanilla and baking soda to egg yolks. Add this mixture to egg white mixture.
3. Put heaping tablespoon of batter into a mug. Add 1 jigger of rum and enough hot water to fill. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and stir. Serve with cinnamon stick.
