Strawberry Squares

Easy and delicious. Perfect summer square.

Ingredients

• BOTTOM:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 cup flour
• TOP:
• 1 15-ounce pkg. frozen strawberries
• 1 pkg. strawberry jello

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. Flour and grease an 8-inch square pan.

Bottom:

Cream together butter and sugar. Add in flour and mix well.

Press into bottom of pan and bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Cool.

Top:

In a medium saucepan, heat strawberries to boiling point. Add jello and stir well. Boil mixture for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool.

Pour over bottom and refrigerate for 24 hours.
