Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 1/4 C. Chili Powder
- 1/4 Garlic Powder
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 1 T. coarse black pepper
- 1 1/2 Apricot Preserves
- 1/2 C. BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp. fresh Ginger
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 T. chopped cilantro
- Juice from one lime

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in6 a bag. Rub on tenderloin and marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
Glaze:
Melt apricot preserves in a saucepan.
Mix the next 6 ingredients and spread on tenderloin while grilling.
Grill on high 2 min. per side. Continue grilling for 15-18 min. on indirect heat.
