Grand marnier creme brûlée

Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 7 tblsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tblsp grand marnier
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tblsp brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325*
Whisk yolks and 7 tblsp sugar until thick and pall. Bring cream to boil. Then gradually add this to yolks, then add the liquor and vanilla. Divide into six custard cups. Arrange into a13-9" pan and add hot water halfway up sides and place in oven. Bake 25 minutes, refrigerate, and before you serve them add the brown sugar and torch it.
